P&L Ownership starting at the beginning of my 12 year career with Huhtamaki. Bringing a new product to a new to us channel, selling on sustainability, domestic manufacturing and quality. Grew product from $0 to $20M in 5 years and secured 25% market share vs. value priced EPS foam.

After 7 years managing Foodservice product lines, I took the opportunity to move to the Retail team. This opportunity included both the Smooth Molded Fiber P&L and the strategic and creative direction of The Chinet Brand. With holistic product management, I turned around a 3 year negative Contribution Margin trend and ultimately grew the business to over $250M.
